What ANS supplies
The rotary vane pumps behind most feeders, die cutters, and folder-gluers wear their carbon vanes first. ANS stocks fit-verified vane sets for Becker, Rietschle/Gardner Denver, and Orion pumps, so vacuum comes back up without guesswork on set count, length, or width.
Orders for in-stock filters, vane sets, and rebuild kits placed before 3:00 PM PT ship the same day from a deep West Coast filter and vacuum inventory, so a worn part does not turn into a shift of lost production.
Pumps are not sold online, but ANS runs an in-house pump repair and rebuild shop. Send us the failed unit and we can supply a rental pump to keep the line producing while yours is rebuilt. Contact ANS to start a repair.
